Below is an overview of the positions of the board. 

The President shall preside over all membership meetings and be present at all events when possible. He shall be the executive officer and shall have the duty to carry out the policies of LCCI and SACK. Whenever expenditures over $150.00 are necessary, the President will countersign the check with the Treasurer.
 
The Vice-President shall, in the absence of the President serve in that capacity.  The Vice-President will also perform other duties as required, such as filling in for other officers unable to perform the duties of their office during one or more meetings.
 
The Secretary shall keep and preserve all records and summaries of the meetings of the Club. The Secretary may also be called upon to make notes during monthly membership meetings, produce other documents as necessary to provide information to the Board and membership, and other duties as required.
 
The Treasurer-Membership Coordinator shall keep accurate and complete records of the funds and accounts of  SACK and collect all dues and maintain a record thereof. He shall make only such disbursements for the funds of the organization as are directed by the membership and Article VI herein. The Treasurer-Membership Coordinator will comply with all financial reporting requirements of LCCI, and will provide monthly updates to the SACK Board of the current financial and membership status of SACK.
 
The Roadmaster shall coordinate activities for the membership, including making arrangements for monthly meetings, coordinating events with members, assigning and overseeing the coordination of events, sending reminders of events to the membership, and other duties as may be required to maintain the SACK events calendar.
 
The Member-At-Large is without official recurring duties, however is expected to contribute ideas and suggestions at all levels of Club business and be prepared to fill in for other officers as needed, take on special assignments and activities as suggested by the Board.
 
Old Car Council of Colorado Representative will attend monthly OCCC board meetings as a champion of LCCI/SACK causes and concerns. He will participate in OCCC meetings and activities as appropriate to interests of the Club and as deemed necessary by the Board. He will provide monthly updates to the Board on OCCC activities. The Alternate will attend all meetings not attended by the Representative and other functions as required.  
 
Webmaster is responsible for development and update of the official SACK website, www.lcci-sack.com.  This position is not an elected position and is permanently held by Frank F.
 
Newsletter Editor/Public Relations Officer/Graphic Designer is a position of the utmost importance to SACK, but which is not an elected position and is permanently held by Joel K.
